Help Me Build My Dream and Create Employment Opportunities in Malawi 🇲🇼❤️

My name is Mary Mhango Masankha, and I am reaching out with hope, courage, and a dream of building a better future.

I am a Malawian woman with a certificate in Early Childhood Development (ECD) and over three years of experience working with children. Through my experience, I have learned the importance of caring for others, being responsible, and making a positive difference in people's lives.

Today, I have a dream of building my own business, Melmar’s Home Staffing Services. My business aims to connect households with reliable domestic workers, including maids and other household helpers, while creating opportunities for people who are struggling to find employment.

In Malawi, many people are looking for work so they can provide food, education, and other basic needs for their families. At the same time, many households need trustworthy and dependable domestic workers. I want to help bridge that gap by connecting employers with suitable workers and building a service that people can trust.

Unfortunately, starting a business is not easy when you have a dream but limited financial resources. I am willing to work hard, learn, and dedicate myself to making this business successful, but I need financial support to take the next step.

I am hoping to raise funds to help establish Melmar’s Home Staffing Services. The money will go towards business registration, basic office requirements, communication, advertising, transport, and other essential start-up costs.

My dream is bigger than simply owning a business. I want to build something meaningful that can grow over time, create employment opportunities, and help families improve their lives. I also hope to use my ECD background and experience to contribute positively to the wellbeing of children and families wherever possible.

I am not asking for an easy way out. I am asking for an opportunity to work towards a better future. Every donation, no matter how small, would bring me one step closer to making this dream a reality.
