Fees apply at two moments. When a supporter gives by mobile money or card, they pay a small processing surcharge of about 3% on top, so your campaign is credited the full amount they chose. When they give by bank transfer, they send the exact amount and about 3% is deducted before it is credited. When you withdraw, PayChangu charges a 3% payout processing fee and Reciva charges a 2% system fee. Both come off the amount you withdraw, and you see the exact amount you will receive before you confirm.

Say a supporter gives MK 10,000 by mobile money. They pay about MK 10,310 and your campaign is credited MK 10,000. If you withdraw all of it, MK 300 processing fee and MK 200 system fee come off, and MK 9,500 reaches your phone.

Yes. Bank transfer supporters send exactly the amount shown, with no surcharge on top. About 3% is deducted from that amount before it is credited, so a MK 2,000 bank donation credits about MK 1,940. Withdrawal fees are then the same as for any other donation.

New donations settle for up to 24 hours, then move to your available balance. The Withdraw page shows any amount still settling and when your next batch unlocks.

Smaller withdrawals are usually sent automatically within a few minutes. Larger ones may need a quick review first. You can withdraw from MK 100 up to MK 500,000 per request, to Airtel Money or TNM Mpamba. Bank payouts are not available yet.

Yes. The withdraw screen shows the processing fee, the system fee and the amount you will receive, and nothing is sent until you confirm.

No. The fees on this page are the only ones: the supporter surcharge (or the bank transfer deduction) and the two withdrawal fees. Creating pages, posting updates and receiving supporters are free.
